Unidoz Warranty

The warranty period for all dispensers/foamers/pumps is 1 YEAR.

In the event of a material defect or improper assembly, the dispenser will be repaired at the manufacturer’s expense.

The user is required to follow the manufacturer’s instructions provided in the product manual.

Service

If the device fails, it should be delivered with a copy of the proof of purchase to the point of sale. If the device was purchased online, it will be collected by a courier service.

Procedure for returning a dispenser for repair:

• The dispenser/foamer/pump must be thoroughly rinsed from any chemical product.
• Dry it and seal the hoses to prevent leakage.
• Pack it securely in a box to protect the device from damage.
• Attach the safety data sheet (SDS) of the chemical product used with the device.
• Include a note in the package with the return address for the repaired dispenser.
