Delivery & Payment
Below you will find the current delivery and payment methods in the André Grand shop. This information supplements § 5 and § 6 of the Terms & Conditions. The final delivery cost is always also shown when you place your order.
Delivery methods
Under the Terms & Conditions, the Customer may use courier delivery (including cash on delivery where available at checkout) and personal collection. Detailed rates and available options:

- Products are delivered within the European Union. For shipments outside Poland, shipping costs are confirmed individually before the order is fulfilled.
- In the courier’s presence, please check the contents and condition of the parcel. If damage is found, draw up a damage report and contact the Seller without delay (

The Customer is notified by e-mail when the order is ready for collection; payment on personal collection is due within 5 days of that notice (in accordance with the Terms & Conditions).
Payment methods
The Customer may use the following payment methods:
- bank transfer to the Seller’s account (BNP Paribas 76 1600 1039 1893 6719 5000 0001),
- electronic payments (including Przelewy24),
- payment by card,
- cash on delivery (for courier delivery, where available at checkout).
- For bank transfer, electronic payment or card — payment must be made within 3 calendar days of concluding the Sales Contract; otherwise the order may be cancelled.
- For cash on delivery — payment is made upon receipt of the parcel.
- The delivery timeframe starts when the Seller’s account is credited (transfer / electronic payment / card) or when the contract is concluded (cash on delivery).
